Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) - frequently also encountered when searched for ovarian cysts. - Darkened skin: Skin may be darkened in certain areas such as the neck, armpits, inner thighs, vulva or user the breasts. Also called Acanthosis Nigricans
